All winners will receive full reimbursement of publication fees, reinforcing SIU’s support for open-access knowledge dissemination.

Eligibility & Evaluation

  • Eligibility: All papers published between 1 Jan – 31 Dec 2026

  • Evaluation: January – February 2027

  • Official Announcement: March 2027

Selections are made independently by the Editorial Board according to international scholarly standards, evaluating originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity, and impact.
