We are proud to announce that our institution is officially allowed by the Swiss Board of Education and Culture in the Canton of Lucerne (LU-CH) to operate independently and issue diplomas in our own name. This important allowance, granted under Swiss private law, brings many advantages for our students, graduates, and international partners.
The official text from the Cantonal Board of Education and Culture confirms:
We are “an institution that is organised according to Swiss private law. As such, the institution is allowed to offer teaching as well as handing out private diplomas in their own name.”
This allowance carries clear and valuable implications:
✅ 1. We Are 100% Legally Allowed to Operate in Switzerland
We operate as an educational institution under Swiss private law, and we are fully allowed to deliver academic programs and award diplomas in Switzerland. This provides a strong legal foundation for all our activities.
🎓 2. Students Will Receive a Diploma or Degree from Switzerland
After completing their studies, our students are awarded a diploma or degree issued in Switzerland. This diploma confirms the successful completion of a program that is allowed to be offered under Swiss private law.
🖋️ 3. Diplomas Are Notarized by a Swiss Public Notary
All diplomas or degrees issued by us can be officially notarized by a public notary in Switzerland. This notarization confirms the authenticity of the diploma and the institution’s legal allowance to issue it.
🌍 4. Diplomas Can Be Legalized with an Apostille
Our diplomas can also be legalized with an apostille by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs. This makes the diploma internationally accepted in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
🏛️ 5. Eligible for Embassy and Cultural Attaché Stamps
Diplomas and degrees issued by our institution may also be stamped by any foreign embassy or cultural attaché located in Switzerland, depending on the requirements of the student’s home country.
👩🎓 6. Graduates Are Allowed to Use Their Academic Titles
Holders of our diplomas or degrees are allowed to use the academic title granted to them (e.g., Bachelor, Master, Doctor) in daily life, whether in a professional or academic context.
A Swiss Institution with a Strong Legal Allowance
This allowance from the Swiss Board of Education and Culture confirms that we are a Swiss institution allowed to teach and issue private diplomas in our own name. It ensures that our operations and our qualifications are fully legal under Swiss private law.
For students, this means peace of mind and value for their education. For partners, it means cooperation with an institution that is allowed to function with full transparency, professionalism, and respect for the legal and academic frameworks of Switzerland.
